Membership Plans & Benefits
Membership Options:
We offer two membership plans:
Monthly Membership
Yearly Membership (discounted compared to monthly pricing)
Membership Benefits:
Members receive the following benefits:
Ability to list shipping containers for sale on the marketplace
Lower transaction fees on completed sales
Free Trial:
New users receive a 2-month free trial upon signing up for a membership.
Payment & Renewal Policies
Accepted Payment Methods:
Credit card (processed via a third-party payment provider)
Bank transfer (processed directly by Trade Containers OÜ)
Auto-Renewal:
Memberships are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.
Failed Payments:
If a payment fails, a grace period will be provided before the membership is downgraded or suspended.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation Policy:
Members can cancel their membership at any time.
The current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
Refund Policy:
Monthly Memberships: Non-refundable.
Yearly Memberships: Refunds are only available for the unused months if no transactions occurred in the last month.
Membership Violations & Termination
Grounds for Membership Termination:
Fraudulent container listings
Multiple complaints about misrepresentation
Attempting to conduct off-platform deals
Violating marketplace rules
Refund Policy for Terminated Accounts:
No refunds will be given for memberships terminated due to violations.
Reapplying for Membership:
Suspended members may reapply for membership after 1 month.
Governing Law & Compliance
Legal Framework:
This Membership Policy is governed by international e-commerce regulations.
Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing a membership, users agree to the terms of this Membership Policy by default upon payment.
